The qutrit: three-level quantum information
A qubit lives on two levels; a qutrit lives on three, the quantum face of the trit. This is a state-vector emulator running in your browser: classical hardware, so there is no quantum speedup: the point is that three-level quantum information maps naturally onto ternary, and the same ternary substrate that runs an edge policy is a natural engine for simulating qutrit circuits.

A browser is classical hardware: this is emulation, not a quantum computer. State grows as 3ⁿ (faster than 2ⁿ): ~20 qutrits ≈ 56 GB, the ceiling.
